This is Artemis, goddess of the hunt.She is the sister of Apollo, who guided Odysseus' arrows against hte suitors.

Artemis is the Greek goddess of the hunt but also can be recognized in the Roman heritage as Diana the goddess of the moon.

Aretmis almost always has a deer by her side. The deer is one of her favorite animals. They are sacerd to her. Helios in the Odussey had cows as a favorite and sacred animal.

• Artemis is Apollo's twin.She even helped deliver him he is the god of prophecy among many other things.
• Artemis is extremely revengeful.Actaeon saw her bathing one day, she feels he has offended her.Turns him into a stag and his wild dogs eat him.
• Animals that are sacred to her are the deer, bear, stag, and cypress.
• Artemis killed Adonis because he boasted he was better hunter than she is.Therefore she sent a wild boar to kill him.Artemis and Apollo take pride in their hunter skills.
• Artemis is very possessive.She shows her wrath on anyone who disobeys her.Such as harming her sacred animals, her favorite being a stag.
• Hera and Artemis fought once.And Hera won being she is the wife of Zeus and is stronger even though Artemis shows such promise with her bow and arrows.
• All of her followers are pure females. They stay distant from males and hold their virginity and hunting above all others.
• She is the leader of wood nymphs.
• Her weapons were created by Hephaestus and the Cyclopes.
• Artemis also fought against giants and took them down with her bow and arrow.

I chose purple because it is a bold yet calm color and that describes Artemis. She is bold and revengeful as in war but so calm with animals or followers.
